Mid-Year Review

There’s power in a mid-year review, even though I know it sounds like “homework” or “busywork,” doing a mid-year review gives you the chance to see what’s working in your business and what’s not … and adjust accordingly.

It allows you to take a step back and reflect on the past few months and recharge your mind for the rest of the year.

And personally, I’ve found that doing a mid-year review is the best way to remove mindset blocks, re-align (or adjust) my goals and strategically map out what I want to have happen in the coming months.

Because here’s the thing, I know how easy it is to get caught up in the day-to-day activities of running a business and serving clients and forget or lose track of the progress you want to make and the goals you’ve set for yourself – revenue-wise, delegation-wise, creation-wise, etc.

That’s why, since we’re nearly halfway through the year, it’s a great time to do a check-in.

As you work through this month’s content, I want you to ask yourself those hard questions: Are you making the progress you want to be making in your business or not? Are you on track to hit the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of the year?  What’s happened so far in your business this year – the good and the bad – and what needs to change going forward?

This is your chance to honestly reflect on your business and decide where you go in the coming months.
